Reintegration at The Rosewood School
For the majority of pupils, placement at TRS is intended to be temporary, with the aim of supporting a return to mainstream education, alternative provision, or progression into post-16 education. Most pupils remain at TRS for approximately 12 weeks, although the duration of placement will depend on the individual’s medical needs and recovery process.
A key focus of our provision is reintegration. We work closely with pupils, families, schools, and external professionals to help pupils rebuild confidence, develop coping strategies, and successfully transition back into education. Reintegration is carefully planned and tailored to each pupil’s individual needs to ensure the best possible outcomes and ongoing support.
