Tina has recently completed the Level 7 Qualification in Careers Development, reflecting The Rosewood School’s strong commitment to high-quality careers education and supporting pupils in achieving their full potential beyond school. Tina is a passionate advocate for embedding careers education throughout the curriculum and leads by example in driving a whole-school approach to careers provision.

Careers Lead: Ms H Bennett

My interest in education began early, and during university, I led a reading initiative at a secondary school for disadvantaged students. After graduating, I worked as an extended services TA, managing the Canterbury Children’s University and supporting various school events, which gave me insight into the diverse opportunities schools offer young people. With a passion for sport, I trained as a PE teacher and became Head of PE at a Maidstone school. After nine years leading a successful department, I moved into senior leadership as an assistant Headteacher, where I developed a strong interest in personal development. Now at Rosewood School, I use these experiences to support students in identifying their strengths, building confidence, and planning their future. I'm passionate about empowering others and providing practical, tailored guidance to help them succeed.

Careers Advisor: Bethan Liston

Bethan holds a QCF Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development qualification and works with all pupils on an individual basis. Bethan has a BA Hons degree in Sociology from Roehampton University and trained with Connexions to achieve her careers qualification.  She has extensive experience working with young people within a medical school environment. Work Experience Coordinator: Nikki Wilson

Nikki manages the Bulunga Café and organises all work experience placements and visits delivered as part of the careers programme. Nikki has a BA Hons degree in Applied Social Sciences and Early Childhood Studies earned as a mature student and has managed her own hospitality business in London.
