Consent

A parent must give consent for a referral to be made toTRS, consent must also be received to ensure parents/pupils are fully aware that information will be shared with other professionals as deemed appropriate.  The referral form includes a section that the school will need to edit to demonstrate that consent has been requested and confirmed.
